Instead of cramming so much information my latest article, I decided to make What makes Dragunov, Dragunov a multiple part series devoted to explaining what makes the character so unique.  I hope to have a quick turn around with the series, but with NCR coming up in a few days I'll be pressed on time to release anything before next week.
